Every team is different. I do not promise a one-size-fits-all solution, and believe in providing only what you could benefit from. I also recognize that as a middle manager, you may find it impossible to formally hire an external specialist or consultant due to legal or internal political restraints. The standard practice of most companies is to give supervisors and managers the most-basic of training, scatter some nice diversity/inclusion/innovation statements throughout it, but fail to truly help you understand which levers to pull to make it happen.

I have written extensively about the mindset required – you can find them in my articles for free. I have also listed some basic frameworks in my resources page. These are also free. Why free? Because I’m passionate about bringing Sinek’s view of the world to be.

The real work is applying these frameworks and understanding how to address your specific team environment.
