Business Leaders are not the ones who determine the health of their company’s values. The current state of your company’s value system is determined by how your employees feel when they interact with their direct managers.

  1. Values Discovery Session: Give your values meaning.
    • A half-day of deep discussion with your leadership team.
    • We will discuss and clarify your company’s core values, define what they mean to your leadership team. We will examine employee expectations in response to your value statements. We start with your company’s core values and get more specific from there. We will define specific actions to measure and identify your values within your company’s setting.
    • Deliverable: Values Vision Guidelines. Captures the above discussion and delivered within 5 business days of the meeting.
    • Base Costs: $5,000 for a half-day session w/ breaks. +$2000 per additional half-day session(s).
  2. Values Application Analysis: What’s really going on.
    • Pre-Req: Values Discovery Session (either prior, or bundled).
    • Pre-Req: Current & Past Employee Attrition Data. This provides a baseline to measure performance and success.
    • A 2-3 week process of measuring and gathering feedback from your employees throughout your company to identify the health of your values.
    • This is how we test – with hard data and irrefutable end-user employee feedback – how well your values are being upheld, and therefore verify the health of your company’s values. Think of it as the collision of the science of analysis and the art of understanding humans.
    • Deliverable 1: Employee Feedback Summary. Highlights trends and calls out common and frequent themes/topics.
    • Deliverable 2: Strategy Roadmap. Correlates employee feedback directly to relevant leadership discussion and expectations, suggesting high-level changes and approaches to correct trajectory.
    • Base Cost: $20,000 for 2-3 week engagement. Price varies largely from each company.
