Resources

My long-term vision is to completely change the definition of “standard business practices” as they relate to employees and business culture. To better serve this goal, I want to freely share some of my high-level concepts and common problems. The art – and the work itself – is in asking the right questions and applying the principles themselves to a given company or problem.

Sometimes the biggest thing stopping us from progress is our belief structure. The Unknown is a scary concept, and stops many from taking action. Here’s how to venture into it.

We all claim to love feedback and we often encourage it. It’s more data, after all! And we care about our employees! But do we know how to leverage that data? Do we understand what it is we’re looking at?

Everyone is clamoring for more data, more resources – at lower cost and of better quality! I’ve got good news: the people in your company know more about the problems you’re trying to solve than any expert out there.

It’s hard to get the ball rolling. You don’t always need an external professional consultant – sometimes you just need to understand what sort of questions you should be asking, and need to trust your gut that your know what to do with the answers. If this is you, consider this my gift to your company.

Making the most of your team’s feedback:

  1. Your Environment
  2. Existing Data
  3. A Foundation

This framework will give you the tools you need to supercharge your team’s feedback. Get a strategic lead by understanding what’s going on in your environment. Take control of your team’s fate by understanding, sorting, and visualizing their feedback.
