One of the most prestigious and research-backed surveys around is the Gallup Q12 survey. While we pay a hefty premium to use these surveys, decades of experience have proven one consistent fact: We don’t know how to use the results.

This service is available to Executive/C-Suite clients, as well as Directors reporting directly to the Executive team. There will be two meetings. Our first meeting occurs before I begin analysis. I will meet with you to discuss the following factors:
- Your company’s values
- Your culture
- Your company’s broad industry
- How you fit into your industry’s ecosystem
- Segmentation of business orgs/employee groups
- Loose understanding of each segment’s operations (call center, IT, manufacturing, legal)
- Whether any specific segment has had increased churn or uptick in HR complaints
After receiving this information, I will then analyze the result documentation provided you by Gallup at the close of the survey. I will review all written comments in my analysis – this is an area of massive value which is often overlooked, poorly understood, and rarely leveraged to any impact.
We will meet a second time to review my findings. At this time, I will also turn over all additional deliverables or documentation and relinquish all access to your survey documents/data.
Time commitment: This will vary according to the size and complexity of your business. Generally speaking, expect to participate in 2 separate 1-hour meetings as follows:
- Initiation Meeting: 1 hour.
- Report Briefing: 1 hour.
Deliverables to be received within 15 business days (three weeks) of receiving your survey results:
- Urgent Needs Report, targeting your lowest-performing survey responses:
- Insights delivered at a business segment level.
- Employee feedback included in analysis.
- Interplay analysis between your Q12 questions and your business core values.
- Action items to be included in the Leadership Questions Toolkit (deliverable #4).
- Employee Feedback Trends, a document highlighting significant consistent comments or topics of concern from your employees.
- Leadership Performance Score analysis, interpreting your Q12 results through the lens of a modified NPS application.
- When possible, this lens will include specific business segments.
- Leadership Questions Toolkit
- This document includes a series of introspective questions designed to create or enhance accountability of leaders throughout the company.
- Recommended potential next steps to remediation.
- The document will be linked to the Urgent Needs Report (deliverable #1).
