This program is a one-day introductory session intended for the Executive Team/C-Suite of your business. Over the course of 4 hours, we will dive deep into your company’s values: what they mean, how you as the executive team interpret them, and what you expect of your organization.
We will discuss, define, and define your company’s values in action. We will define clear violations of each of your values and dig deep to identify your industry’s areas of obvious ethical risk as well as your specific company’s realm of possible under-the-radar ethical risks. We will apply this knowledge to preemptively define clear ethical emergencies as well as guardrails to trigger investigation into potential violations. We will develop a framework together which allows you to craft and deploy clear expectations for any level of leadership. We will briefly consider how you might adjust this same framework to apply to your general workforce.
Time commitment: 4 hours of consecutive discussion in a single day, including breaks.
You will receive three key deliverables within 10 business days of our meeting:
- A living document of actionable value statements.
- A high-level guardrail / risk evaluation document…
- A list of discussed areas of risk for your executive team’s use in building guardrails.
- A series of questions which can be used to instantly identify a threat to your ethics/values and fast-track any situation to correction.
- A high-level expectation framework which you can customize and deploy to your various departments.
